Shipping policy

We now offer international shipping to New Zealand, USA, Canada, and the UK!

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping options:

• Domestic (Australia): Standard post (2 to 8 business days) and express post (1 to 4 business days). Shipping is free for orders over $100.

• International (New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK): Shipping times range from 6 to 24 business days. Rates vary depending on the destination.

When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
